Dr. Kossambe is a Consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician with an M.B.B.S. and M.D. (Pediatrics) from Goa Medical College. He further specialized with a D.M. (Neonatology) from M.O.S.C. Medical College Hospital under Kerala University of Health Sciences, becoming the first D.M. Neonatologist in Goa. He has received national recognition, securing a Gold Medal and standing first at the all-India level in the National Neonatology Forum (NNF) Fellowship in Neonatology. His expertise includes NICU care, management of premature and low birth weight newborns, neonatal ventilation, and follow-up care for babies discharged from the NICU.
